家庭教會領袖范亞峰被國保人員帶走
關注北京法律學者 Beijing Legal Academic and House Church Leader Fan Yafeng Taken Away by State Security Police Please scroll down to see the English version 北京法律學者及家庭教會領袖范亞峰博士因堅持赴與西班牙記者共進晚餐之約，於人大及政協兩會期間2010年3月6日 下午4點45分被北京國保及北京海淀區雙榆 樹派出所公安帶走。 范博士於2009年11月3日被中國 社會科學院法學所以「政治原因」解僱副研究員的職位，結束在法學所6年的研究工作，據悉與他參與基督教家庭教會活動有關。中國維權律師關注組對范博士再次受到迫害表示強烈關注， 要求中國政府立即釋放范博士。[註] 范亞峰博士2003年獲中國社會科學院研究生院法學博士學位，為中國社會科學 院法學研究所副研究員，一直組織基督徒維權律師團，並積極推動家庭教會維權運動。范亞峰2005年 曾與許志永、滕彪、高智晟、張星水以及王怡等律師一同參與被稱為「中國家庭教會第一案」的「蔡卓華非法印製聖經案」，是中國最有名的維權律師整合在一起， 以「律師團」的形式出現。 [註：中國維權律師關注組在三月七日早上得悉范亞峰博士於當日凌晨三時許被釋放。] 中國維權律師關注組 Beijing legal academic and house church leader Dr. Fan Yafeng was taken away by state security police (guobao) and public security officers from Shuangyushu police station in Haidian District in Beijing at 4:45pm on 6 March 2010 [during the annual sessions of the National People’s Congress (NPC) and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC)] as he insisted to go to have dinner with a Spanish journalist. Dr. Fan was dismissed from his position as an associate researcher with the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences for “political reasons” on 3 November 2009, ending his six years of research work at the institute. According to sources, his dismissal was related to his involvement with Christian house church activities. China Human Rights Lawyers Concern Group is deeply concerned about Dr. Fan being persecuted again and demands that the Chinese government should release Dr. Fan’s immediately*. Dr. Fan received his PhD in law from the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences in 2003. He was an associate researcher with the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. He was one of the founders of the Chinese Christian Rights Defense Lawyers Association and actively took part in the house church rights defense movement. In 2005, he, legal scholar Xu Zhiyong, and lawyers Teng Biao, Gao Zhisheng, Zhang Xingshui and Wang Yi jointly took part in defending Beijing house church pastor Cai Zhuohua who was sentenced to three years’ imprisonment for illegally printing and distributing 200,000 Bibles and other religious books. It was the most famous case of putting together human rights lawyers in China. *On 7 March 2010 morning, China Human Rights Lawyers Concern Group received the information that Dr. Fan Yafeng was released at around 3:00am on that day.
